Biography

Vojko Potočan, PhD (in business), is a full Professor of Management and Organization at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia. He teaches at three universities in Slovenia and at several universities abroad (such as Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Croatia).

Kornélia Lazányi is a full professor of business and management at John von Neumann Faculty of Informatics, Óbuda University, Budapest, Hungary. She is responsible for the Business Informatics Master program. Her main fields of interest are organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, strategy, and human resource management.

Zlatko Nedelko, PhD, is a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor, Slovenia. His main research interests are management, leadership, business ethics, social responsibility, Generation Z, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 challenges in organizations.
