Biography
Ahmad Ghouri is Associate Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Sussex and Senior Counsel at Albertson Solicitors. He specialises in international investment and commercial arbitration, advising governments, public institutions, and private clients. His research explores law and justice in a globalised world, focusing on evolving models of transnational governance, global and regional economic integration, foreign investment law and policy, and the complex interplay of treaties across legal systems.
