Biography

Noelle Balsamo, Ed.D, BCBA-D, is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis at Augustana University. She earned her doctorate in Special Education from Florida Atlantic University and has worked in the field serving students with disabilities and their families for over 18 years.

James W. Forgan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Special Education at Florida Atlantic University where he prepares graduate and undergraduate students to become excellent special education teachers.
