Sven T. Siefken is Professor of Political Science at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences in Brühl, Germany, and Adjunct Faculty at the Hertie School in Berlin.
Petra Guasti is Associate Professor of Democratic Theory at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
