Biography

José Maria Lezcano Navarro is a Panamanian Licenciado (lawyer) graduated from the University of Panama in 2007, has a LLM in International Commercial Law awarded by the University of Westminster in 2009, and his Ph.D. was awarded by City University London in 2014.
