Biography

Ingeborg Tömmel is Professor Emeritus and Jean Monnet Chair in European Politics and Policies at the University of Osnabrück, Germany, and founding Director of the Osnabrück Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in European Studies.



Amy Verdun is Professor of Political Science and Jean Monnet Chair Ad Personam. She is the Founding Director of the European Studies Program and the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at the University of Victoria, Canada.
