Biography

François Foret is a Professor of Political Science at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and director of political researches at the Institute of European Studies, ULB, Belgium.

Xabier Itçaina is a CNRS Research Fellow in Political Science at the Centre Emile Durkheim, Sciences Po Bordeaux, France.
