Biography

Ann Wolbert Burgess, DNSc, APRN, BC, FAAN, is a professor of psychiatric mental health nursing at Boston College Connell School of Nursing and professor emerita from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert R. Hazelwood, MS, (1938-2016) was a retired supervisory special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) who served 22 years in the FBI, 16 of which were in the Behavioral Science Unit at the FBI Academy.
