Biography

Maha Zayoud was born in Damascus, Syria, in 1985. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer engineering from the Kuwait University, Kuwait, in 2006 and 2012, respectively. She is currently with the Department of Computer Engineering, at the American University of the Middle East, Kuwait, and is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering at the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania. Her research interests include process mining, big data, petri net workflows, industrial management systems, and industrial engineering design.
