    Biography

    Mr. Ralph R. Pawlak is the author of 2 previous books: APRESS publishing: "Industrial Problem Solving Simplified" and CRC Press: "Solving Complex Industrial Problems without Statistics". He earned an industrial engineering degree from General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan and a master of education degree from the University of Buffalo. He has served in various manufacturing and quality manager positions at various facilities in Buffalo, New York, Illinois, and Michigan. He has also held positions in quality assurance at Fisher-Price, Vibratech Inc, and Contential Automotive. He is currently retired.
