Biography

Soojin Kim is Associate Professor at the Public Policy and Global Affairs Programme, School of Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her current research interests center on strategic public management in service delivery contexts, including public–private partnerships, citizen satisfaction, and policy evaluation.
