Biography

Paulius Astromskis is a Lithuanian scholar holding dual doctorates in Law and Management. His academic research explores the complex intersection of law and technological innovation, focusing on artificial intelligence, governance, and the future of legal education. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at Vytautas Magnus University and  Vilnius University (Lithuania) where he actively contributes to national and international research projects. This academic foundation is enriched by twenty years of legal practice, enabling him to seamlessly bridge theoretical scholarship with practical insights into the governance of emerging intelligent technologies.
