Biography

Celia Lessa Kerstenetzky holds a PhD with distinction in Social and Political Sciences from the European University Institute. She is currently a Full Professor of Social Policy at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where she holds the Josué de Castro Chair in Inequality and serves as Director of the Center for Studies on Inequality and Development.
