    Biography

    Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor at Himalayan School of Management Studies in Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun. She has earned her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She has also done certification course in HR Analytics from Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). She is engaged in teaching, research and consultancy assignments. She has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and in handling various administrative as well as academic positions. She has to her credit over 50 papers published in refereed journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, and Inderscience publishers. She also presented several research papers in national and international conferences. Dr. Rana has contributed several chapters in different books published by Cambridge UK, Springer IGI Global and Palgrave Macmillan. She has authored a book titled Counseling skills for Managers published by New Age Publications. She has conducted and attended various workshops, FDPs and MDPs. Dr. Rana is recipient of many awards. Her research interests include Data Analytics, Human Resource Management 4.0 , Knowledge Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Justice, Values, Employer Branding and Innovation.

    Alex Khang have 15 years of teaching Information Technology and Database Technology in Universities of Technology in Vietnam, and over 25 years of non-stop working in the field of Software Productions and specialized in the Data Engineering for the foreign corporations from Sweden, USA, Singapore, and Multi-nations. Prof Khang is a specialist of Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence in IT Corporation and also in the contribution stage of knowledge and experience into the scope of tech talk, consultant, lecturer in part-time, and evaluation on the sides of contents and engineering for the research, editor, Master / Ph.D thesis for local and international institutes and schools of Technology.

    Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor in Himalayan School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. He has more than 15 years of corporate and academic experience. He holds degrees in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA). He also qualified University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). He has conducted many faculty development programs for International and National audience. He has published research papers in referred journals of Emerald, Sage, Springer, IGI Global, and Inderscience. He has published books in the area of Internet of Things (IoT), and employer branding with reputed publishers like Taylor & Francis Group, Nova Science Publishers and IRP Publication House. He contributed chapters in different books published in Springer IGI Global, Tailor & Frances, and Palgrave Macmillan. He has attended various workshops, FDPs, and MDPs. He has presented around 28 research papers in national and international conferences. He has also attended a paper development workshop in the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, India. He has been honored as a session chair and keynote speaker in international conferences in various universities. His research interests include IoT, Artificial Intelligence employer branding, entrepreneurship, and talent management.

    Alok Kumar Goel is working at CSIR-Human Resource Development Centre, Ghaziabad, India. He pursued PhD in the area of Knowledge Management and Human Capital Creation from IIT Roorkee. Dr. Goel is recipient of Highly Commended Award winner of the 2013 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards in Knowledge Management category. He has published 14 papers in international journals and 27 papers in the proceedings of leading international conferences. He has visited Taiwan, Hongkong and Republic of Korea for his research endeavors. His research interests include knowledge management, innovation and human resource management.

    Ashok Kumar Dubey is Professor & Dean in the dept. of Management and Commerce since 18 years in Bangalore University, India. Prof. Dubey is Fellow member of three professional institutes, completed Ph.D. from Delhi University and Post Graduate in Management and Commerce both. He also served 26 years in industry. His research is situated in the field of Finance & Accounting with a special focus on forensic and behavioral, academic entrepreneurship and collaborative R & D in industries and academic. He is author of more than 150 research papers in national and international referred journals and more.
