Biography

Qu Zhengping once worked in many global companies such as Didi Chuxing (similar to Uber), Daimler and ThoughtWorks. When working on a large number of software delivery projects, he had served as project manager, test manager, product manager or other major roles. Almost all of these projects involved cooperation between distributed teams, which were either in the same company or located in different countries, mainly the US, the UK, Australia and Singapore. After working in software industry for over a decade, the author has built up a level of expertise in improving communication between distributed teams, promoting agile collaboration skills between these teams, building QA process and increasing the capability of self-managing teams. Not only being a veteran in software delivery, the author is also a senior consultant favored by traditional IT companies for his remarkable insights into transformation to digitization and agile development.
