Manolis Karachalios (PhD, MBA, ATP, CFI, FRAeS) is a visionary leader in the aviation industry with over 25 years of experience, renowned for his expertise in global operations and strategic management. He has a track record of leading multinational teams, driving organizational excellence, and pioneering innovative strategies that have significantly enhanced aviation safety and risk management worldwide. He has served as the Hellenic Air Force’s F-16 Demo Team Zeus Display Pilot, as a Board Member of the European Airshow Council, been a Flying Display Director for the Athens Flying Week International Air Show, and currently has shifted his emphasis on promoting a framework for the sustainable evolution of the Advanced Air Mobility ecosystem, which he considers the incubator of Aviation 5.0.
