Biography

Atul Jaybhaye is an Assistant Professor of Law at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, India. He received his Ph.D. in 2021 from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, and his LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Symbiosis International University, Pune. Atul writes in the field of Cyber Law, Criminal Law and IPR. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience. His work primarily focuses on recent trends in law and new legal pedagogy, children’s human rights, and juvenile justice and delinquency.
