Biography

Babita Singla is a Professor at the Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She earned a PhD in management and is UGC-NET qualified. Dr. Singla has over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. In her career, she has been involved in important academic and research assignments, such as being the guest editor of a reputed journal, organizing and conducting international and national-level conferences and faculty development programs, and providing guidance for research projects. Her research has been published by Scopus, Springer, SCI, etc., and Dr. Singla has presented research papers at various national and international conferences.

Kumar Shalender is a Post-Doctorate in the field of strategic and technology management. With 14 years of experience in business model development and diffusion of technology, Dr. Shalender is actively involved in system thinking, flexibility, and management of technology. He has written more than 70 research papers, including publications in esteemed journals in the fields of innovation, business model development, and sustainable business practices. Dr. Shalender is also a reviewer for several reputed publications.

Nripendra Singh is a Fulbright Fellow, which is a flagship program of the U.S. Department of State, and he has completed research at the Pennsylvania State University. He has published in reputed journals and has received a prestigious grant from the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE-FPDC) integrating Clarion University, local businesses, and SBDC for student learning and the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem as the Principal Investigator.

Sandhir Sharma earned a PhD in strategic management and has nearly 22 years of experience in higher education and five years in the telecom industry. With more than 94 research papers to his credit, Dr. Sharma has developed his core expertise in the area of strategy formulation. His research has been widely published in various newspapers. Currently, he is serving as Pro Vice Chancellor of the Chitkara Business School and as Visiting Faculty at Binus University, Indonesia, and the University of Applied Sciences, Osnabruck, Germany. Dr. Sharma has traveled around the globe to participate in academic events and is an active member of various management associations and university bodies.
