Biography

Isaac M. Castellano is an associate clinical professor in the School of Public Service and additionally is Associate Director for The Institute for Advancing American Values at Boise State University, USA. He holds a PhD from the University of Kentucky, a master’s in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University, and a bachelor’s in Political Science and history from Western Washington University. He is the author of Civil War Interventions and their Benefits: Unequal Return (2014) and Water Scarcity in the American West: Unauthorized Use, and the New Future of Accountability and the American West (2019).
