Biography
Yaqi Ding (PhD in Law) is a lecturer at the School of Judicial Science, China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). Her main research interests lie in commercial law, particularly company law and securities law. She is a recipient of CUPL’s Young Top Talent award and also serves as a research fellow at the International Banking Law and Practice Research Center. She has published a number of papers in leading Chinese and international journals and has led or participated in projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the UK Ministry of Justice, the European Union, and others.
