Biography
Upendra Kumar, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the Institute of
Engineering and Technology, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India. He has several years of
industrial experience working on corporate projects as a JAVA/J2EE developer as well as over 10 years of
teaching and research experience. He has published many papers as well as books and book chapters;
delivered expert lectures at international and national conferences, workshops, and seminars; and is a
member of review committees of journals, conferences and professional bodies.
Rajesh K. Kesharwani, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Computer Application, Nehru Gram Bharati,
India. Dr. Kesharwani has authored articles, book chapters, and edited books with international publishers
and is co-editor of the book series AAP Advances in Nutraceuticals. A member of many scientific
communities as well as a reviewer for international journals, he has presented papers at national and
international conferences and has received awards for his work. His research focuses on medical
informatics, protein structure and function prediction, computer-aided drug designing, drug delivery,
cancer biology, nanobiotechnology, and biomedical sciences.
Raj K. Keservani, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at CSM Group of Institutions, India. With
over 12 years of academic experience, he has supervised students for their research work; has published
many books (authored and edited), book chapters, and papers in national and international journals; and
acted as a reviewer for several international scientific journals. He is a co-editor of the book series AAP
Advances in Nutraceuticals. His work revolves around nutraceutical and functional foods, novel drug
delivery systems, transdermal drug delivery/drug delivery, health science, cancer biology, and
neurobiology.
