Biography
Grazia Brunetta, PhD, is Associate Professor of Urban and Regional Planning in the Interuniversity Department of Urban and Regional Studies and Planning at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Her research focuses on institutional innovations in regional and environmental planning, evaluation of territorial policies and strategic assessment in spatial planning.
’Retail policy is a key factor in territorial planning and is becoming increasingly significant as there are new territorial components and techniques. Decision makers and experts need to be supported by special evaluation and ad hoc tools. As local governments respond with integrated retail policies, this book fills an important gap by bringing together a multidisciplinary team of authors.
