Biography

V Ramesh Babu is Professor in the Department of Textile Technology at Kumaraguru College of Technology, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Textile Technology and has over two decades of experience in textile and fashion education. Babu has authored and co-authored several books including Industrial Engineering in Apparel Production, Fashion Marketing Management, Home Furnishing, and Apparel Quality Management. His research focuses on technical textiles, industrial engineering, quality assurance, and outcome-based education models. Babu has supervised four Ph.D. scholars to completion and brings a decade of professional experience in apparel production, quality assurance, and operator training.
