Biography

Neha Sharma, Senior Member of IEEE, is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering Department at Chandigarh University, Punjab, India. With over 14 years of teaching experience, she has published 200+ peer-reviewed papers and has also published several national and international patents under the Intellectual Property Rights of Government of India and abroad. Her research interests include image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and cybersecurity. She has been recognized with numerous accolades, including placement among the top 2% of scientists globally in the Stanford University rankings for 2025.

Abhineet Anand is an academician and researcher in the field of Computer Science and Engineering with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He is currently serving as Dean Research and Dean CSE at Bahra University. He has contributed significantly to scholarly publications and editorial activities and has edited 12 academic books with reputed publishers. His areas of interest include Artificial Intelligence, emerging computing technologies, and applied research. He has actively participated in expert talks, academic mentoring, and curriculum development initiatives.

Abhishek Kumar, Senior Member of IEEE, is an Assistant Director and Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering Department at Chandigarh University, Punjab, India. With over 14 years of teaching experience, he has published 200+ peer-reviewed papers and successfully supervised 6 Ph.D. scholars, along with 48+ M.Tech projects. He holds postdoctoral research at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. His research interests span artificial intelligence, renewable energy systems, image processing, and data mining. An award-winning researcher, Dr. Kumar has received several accolades, including the Sir C.V. Raman National Award (2018), and holds a patent. An accomplished author and editor, he has authored seven books and edited 97 volumes with reputed publishers. He has also served as a Series Editor for a book series.

Rajeev Tiwari, Senior Member of IEEE, received his Ph.D. degree from Thapar University, Patiala. He is currently a Professor and the Dean with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Bennett University, Greater Noida, India. He has more than 20 years of research and teaching experience. He has published articles and edited four books with reputed publishers. His research interests include fog computing, ICN, and cloud computing. He has chaired many international conferences globally and delivered keynotes in the field of sensor networks and IoT-fog-cloud-based computing.

Anupam Tiwari, Ph.D. (2022), brings 25+ years in cybersecurity. Certified Ethical Hacker and Cyber Security Professional (CDAC & GFSU), he holds a B.E. (Jamia Millia Islamia), M.Tech (JNTU Hyderabad), and postgraduation degrees in Information Security, ERP, and Operations. Focusing on blockchain for cyber-physical systems, he has 25+ publications, 50+ conference presentations, and CQ100 recognition. He has conducted workshops on Blockchain/Quantum at premium govt institutions and IIITs, and peer-reviews for multiple IEEE journals.

Prateek Thapar is a distinguished technologist, academician, and veteran of the Indian Air Force, with over two decades of leadership in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Defence Technology. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles including Chief Information Officer and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence, where he led mission-critical initiatives in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Big Data Analytics for national defence. He holds a PhD in IoT Security using Elliptic Curve Cryptography and has mentored several doctoral researchers in AI and Blockchain. Currently, he is charting a new path as co-founder and CEO of ValoTech AI Pvt Ltd, where he is driving innovation in AI-powered solutions. His ventures include the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, intelligent survey platforms, AI-driven cybersecurity frameworks, and advanced analytics tools for government and strategic agencies.
