This new book series will focus on smart applications of Industry 4.0 and how that involves operations and supply chain management and the triple-bottom line approach of: 1) Economic impact; by increasing productivity and achieving operational excellence; 2) Social Impact; by generating human-centric workplaces; 3) Environment impact; by eliminating waste and reducing material usage and applying recycling and reuse in the product design process. The series will include topics such as product price, quality, cooperation, reliability, on time delivery, lean production, corporate social responsibility, green production, green transportation and green packaging for smart and sustainable operations/supply chain management.
