Biography
Kultar Singh is the founder-CEO of Sambodhi Research and Communications, Delhi-NCR, India. He has over 25 years of experience in social research, evaluation, and data analytics to generate rigorous evidence to influence and inform policy for programmatic decisions. Over the past 25 years, his work has helped shape discourse around research and analytics. He has led over 150 research and evaluation projects for multilateral, bilateral donors, and private foundations across thematic areas.
