Biography

Francesco Spera holds a PhD (Doctor Europaeus) in European Public Law from the University of Salento (Lecce), specialising in EU external relations law and EU Regional and Cohesion Law. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Libera Università Mediterranea LUM (Bari) and the University of Salento, where he is also an Executive Board Member of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence “EUmanity Demos”. He is also Associate Member of the Centre for Europe, University of Warsaw.
