Biography

Vladimir Liparteliani is a scholar of International Relations specialising in soft power and international power competition in the post-Soviet space. He holds a PhD in Russian Studies from Durham University, where he is also an Honorary Fellow. Vladimir has professional experience in journalism and diplomacy.
