Biography

Jack Rabin is an Associate Professor of Administration and Chairman of the graduate programme in public affairs and Human Services administration at Ryder college, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He says as editor/ Co editor of several academic journals, including the International Journal of public administration.

Don Dodd is a Professor of American history at Auburn University at Montgomery, Alabama. He formerly held a joint appointment in the government department where he taught state and local government.
