Gazala Yasmin Ashraf, PhD, is Head UG-Management and Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Chhattisgarh, India. With over 24 years of academic and industry experience, she focuses her work on marketing, operations management, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and emerging technologies. She has published research papers and guides doctoral scholars.

Imran Nadeem Siddiqui, PhD, is Professor in the School of Management at ISBM University, Chhattisgarh, India. His 30-year career spans academia and industry, with experience in management education, pharmaceuticals, entrepreneurship development, and training.
