Reshma Shrivastava, PhD, is Professor in the School of Management at ISBM University, Chhattisgarh, India. Her expertise includes organizational behavior and human resource management, with more than 24 years of teaching and training experience. She has published widely, edited books, and authored the book HR Analytics: Concepts and Cases.
Gazala Yasmin Ashraf, PhD, is Head UG-Management and Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University, Chhattisgarh, India. With over 24 years of academic and industry experience, she focuses her work on marketing, operations management, sustainability, women’s empowerment, and emerging technologies. She has published research papers and guides doctoral scholars.
Imran Nadeem Siddiqui, PhD, is Professor in the School of Management at ISBM University, Chhattisgarh, India. His 30-year career spans academia and industry, with experience in management education, pharmaceuticals, entrepreneurship development, and training. He has published research papers and serves as a resource person for professional development programs.
Suresh Kumar Pattanayak, PhD, is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce & Economics at Amity Business School, Amity University, Chhattisgarh, India.
