Biography
Reshma Shrivastava, PhD, is a Professor in the School of Management at ISBM University Chhattisgarh, India. She was formerly associated with Amity University, Chhattisgarh, India. She has 24 years of extensive teaching and training experience in organizational behavior and human resource management. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she has significant experience in training professionals from both academia and the corporate sector. She is currently guiding several research scholars who are pursuing their PhDs. Dr. Shrivastava has authored several publications in reputed national and international refereed journals and edited two books. She also authored the book HR Analytics: Concepts and Cases. She has been an active member of various esteemed academic bodies, including the National HRD Network (NHRD) and the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi.
Gazala Yasmin Ashraf, PhD, is Head UG-Management and Associate Professor at the Amity Business School of Amity University Chhattisgarh, India. With over 24 years of industry and teaching experience in marketing, human resource management, and operations management, she specializes in operations research, sustainability, women empowerment, emerging technologies like IoT, etc. She has several research publications to her credit. She is currently guiding several research scholars for their PhDs. She is also a certified trainer on project management and has been instrumental in setting up of academic projects like syllabus management systems and timetable management for Amity Business School. She also serves as reviewer for various journals.
Imran Nadeem Siddiqui, PhD, is a Professor in the Professor, School of Management at ISBM University, Chhattisgarh, India. With a professional journey spanning 30 years, he has gained extensive experience in both academia and the corporate world. His career trajectory includes significant roles at Amity University Chhattisgarh; Disha Institute of Management and Technology; MAK Azad College of Pharmacy; Cipla Ltd; Wave Pharmaceutical Ltd; and LAM Healthcare. He has published research papers in national and international journals and actively participates in numerous international and national conferences, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs. A recognized resource person, he regularly collaborates with the Chhattisgarh Industrial and Technical Consultancy Centre, Raipur, conducting faculty development programs on entrepreneurship development under the sponsorship of the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board, Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi. Additionally, he has been a resource person for training programs at the Chhattisgarh Administrative Staff Academy. His educational background includes a BPharm, MBA, LLB, and a PhD in Management.
Suresh Kumar Pattanayak, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce and Economics at Amity Business School, Amity University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He has more than 20 years of work experience in academics. He has registered PhD supervisors for Amity University as well as at prior universities. He has guided research projects by master degree students. He is a member of the Indian Institute of Material Management, Kolkata. He has participated and presented at more than 10 international conferences and more than 27 national conferences. He has published papers in international and national journals, chapters in edited books, and three cases in case study books. He has been a chairperson for technical sessions at international conferences and remains an external observer for PhD scholars at different universities. He has subject expertise in quantitative techniques, operation research, econometrics, research methodology, taxation and tax planning, financial management, corporate finance, and many other areas.
