Biography

Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya is formerly Professor of Human Resource Management at XIMB, Bhubaneswar. He has served as the Director of Centre for Management Education, AIMA, New Delhi as well as the Dean of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata. He has also previously taught at IMT, Ghaziabad and ICFAI Business School. He is currently a Visiting Professor at XLRI,  Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR, IMT, Ghaziabad, DMI, Patna, Firebird, Coimbatore, IIM, Ranchi, IIM, Rohtak, and IIM, Kozhikode.

 

Lalatendu Kesari Jena is an Associate Professor at the School of Human Resource Management (XIM University), Bhubaneswar, India. He brings over 25 years of combined experience, which includes significant corporate HR engagement at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a major Indian Defence PSU. A PhD holder from IIT Kharagpur and a Post-Doc from Loyola Leadership School, Spain - his expertise spans Behavioral Science, Organizational Behavior (OB), and Human Resource Development (HRD).  Dr. Jena's research interests focus on Workplace Spirituality, Employee Retention, Sustainable HRM, Job Crafting, and Positive Psychology. Recognized among the top 2% of global scientists by Stanford University, he has published extensively in peer-reviewed, high-impact journals.
