Biography

Alex Bliss is Associate Professor and Subject Lead for Strength and Conditioning Science at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, UK. He has been a strength coach in golf for over 10 years and has supported amateur and professional players from European Tour, Challenge Tour, and within England Golf, where he is a regional S&C Coach for the South East. Alex is UKSCA- and BASES- accredited and has published research on training for golf and the determinants of golf performance.
