About the Editor

Simon Benita is Professor in the School of Pharmacy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Israel. He is the author and co-author of more than 180 professional publications. and holder and coholder of 11 patents. He also serves on the editorial boards of several scientific journals. Professor Benita is a member of the Board of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the International Pharmaceutical Federation, a member of the executive committee of the International Microencapsulation Society, and Governor of the Controlled Release Society. His research interests focus on new microparticulate and nanoparticulate targetable drug delivery systems for parenteral. ocular. and oral administration.
