Biography
Hans Harder is Professor of Modern South Asian Languages and Literatures in the South Asia Institute at Heidelberg University, Germany. His research interests include South Asian literatures and intellectual history, Bengali Islam, modern Hinduism, and satirical traditions in South Asia.
