Biography

Rabindranath Bhattacharya retired from Sundaram Fasteners Ltd, Chennai in 2006 (a TVS group of companies) as General Manager (Materials) and subsequently worked as an advisor in materials management and strategic planning at Ucal Fuel Systems Ltd, Chennai, from which he retired in 2009.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Jadavpur University, master’s degree from Allahabad University and PhD in Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras after retirement from service. He has been teaching MBA students for more than a decade at leading business schools of India as an adjunct faculty.

Anindita Maitra Bhattacharyya is currently working as Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Amity University Kolkata. She obtained her PhD degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in Applied Mathematics and carried out her post-doctoral work as a scientist at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
