Biography
Olga Oliker is Senior Adviser and Director, Russia and Eurasia Program, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Samuel Charap is Senior Fellow for Russia and Eurasia at the IISS. John Drennan is a Research Analyst and Programme Officer in the Russia and Eurasia Programme at the IISS. Pierre Noël is the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Senior Fellow for Economic and Energy Security at the IISS.
