Biography
Nirjhar Chakravorti currently serves as General Manager for Tata Consulting Engineers Limited. In that role, he oversees engineering consultancy services for steel plants, asset management for steel plant equipment and systems, and the application of economic principles in the analysis of engineering decisions to ensure business sustainability. Prior to this position, he served as the Lead for asset integrity management (air pollution control systems) at Tata and led asset integrity management activities for steel plant air pollution and dust control systems. Nirjhar earned a BE in mechanical engineering at the Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College and received the PGDBM Certificate from the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad CDL.
Alexandra Katzian is a dedicated researcher, project manager, educator, and author with over a decade of experience in the social sciences. She earned a PhD in religious and cultural studies at the University of Salzburg and has an interdisciplinary academic background with a bachelor’s in political science, including a minor in sociology, and master’s degrees in project management, religious and cultural studies, digital marketing, and e-commerce. In her role as a project manager for LEADER, the European Union’s program for regional development, Dr. Katzian contributes to impactful community initiatives in Lower Austria’s Südliches Waldviertel–Nibelungengau region. She has participated in several interdisciplinary research projects, co-authored papers in the social sciences, and published a book exploring the impact of politics in Austria. She continues to research and write in her spare time, bringing fresh insights and perspectives to the field. Dr. Katzian is also a passionate educator and mother, teaching at a community college where she inspires her students to deepen their knowledge, explore their potential, and become the best versions of themselves. Her work bridges academic insight with real-world application, helping communities and individuals thrive through education and sustainable development.
