Biography

Sergiusz Pimenow is a Researcher in the Department of Economics of Agricultural and Horticultural Holdings at the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics – National Research Institute, Poland, and a Lecturer at the School of Business at VIZJA University. His research focuses on agricultural economics, sustainable development, digital transformation, and resource management, with particular interest in the role of emerging technologies in sustainable agri-food systems.

Olena Pimenowa is a Professor of Economics at VIZJA University, Poland. Her research focuses on agricultural economics, sustainable development, digital transformation, and resource management, with particular interest in ESG, climate adaptation, and the role of artificial intelligence in sustainable agriculture and regional resilience.

Lubov Moldavan is a Professor and Honoured Economist of Ukraine and a Chief Researcher in the Department of Forms and Methods of Management in the Agri-Food Complex at the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Her research interests include agricultural economics, agrarian reform, land relations, agricultural organizational structure, rural development, and the institutional foundations of sustainable agriculture.
