Biography
Chandra Prakash Garg is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques at IIM Rohtak, India. With over 11 years of academic and industry experience, his work spans energy policy, optimization, sustainable and maritime supply chains, transportation, energy management, and MCDM-based modelling. He has published more than 50 papers in leading international journals and conferences. He has been recognized among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier for four consecutive years.
Atul Rawat is a Senior Associate Professor and Head of the Energy, Economics, and Sustainability Cluster at the School of Business, UPES. With over 19 years of experience in the energy domain, he holds a PhD in Energy Management and has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences. His research interests include energy policy, natural gas, sustainable development, energy transition, and climate change. Previously, he worked with Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Genpact Analytics, serving leading energy-sector clients, and is a fellow of the Southeast Asia Anubhav Lecture Series at the University of Chicago.
Priyank Sinha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay Powai, Mumbai, India. His research focuses on Energy policy, supply chain modelling, network optimization, and logistics systems, with strong applications in healthcare and manufacturing. He has published various papers in leading international journals and conferences. He has also led funded projects related to public health programs and health-service startups.
