Biography

Lalit Prasad is working as a Director (I/C) at Dr D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies (DYPIMS), Pune of Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is an approved PhD research guide of Savitribai Phule Pune University.  He is an alumnus of IIM, Indore. He is a regular trainer of the companies like Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd, Mundrisoft Technologies, Advik Hi Tech India Ltd, Pune and Renuka Sugars Ltd, Know IT, CDAC ACTS, Pune. His 36 research papers have been published by various national and international journals, and some are indexed in ABDC, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and UGC Care list. He has expertise in Programming languages and software’s like SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, R, Python, Tableau and Power BI. He has authored two books titled Data Analysis using SPSS and Business Analytics: Science of Data Driven Decision Making and one of his case studies has been published by “The Case Center, USA”.

Avinash Pawar is a distinguished faculty member in Organizational and Business Management with around 15 years of teaching and research experience across multiple disciplines of Management such as HR, Marketing, Technology, Operations and Supply Chain Management. He is a multifaceted, versatile and dedicated professor who has contributed significantly to various domains of management at national and international level. He is a lifelong learner, enthusiastic educator and a passionate teacher with an interdisciplinary approach towards management teaching, learning and research.

Kosasih M is a faculty member at Universitas Sangga Buana in Bandung, Indonesia. He holds a Doctorate in Management and has contributed to various academic publications. For instance, he co-authored a study titled "The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Economic Productivity of Active Projects in the Stock Exchange," published in December 2023. He is also associated with the Jurnal Inspirasi Ilmu Manajement. His research interests include management, productivity, and knowledge management.
