    Biography

    Dr. Rania Nafea

    Currently an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Manage>ment at University of Technology Bahrain, has obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and MBA in Marketing and International Business from the American University in Cairo – Egypt. She holds a Doctorate of Business Admin>istration (DBA) from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands in the field of knowledge management and innovation, with an interest in leadership and culture. Dr. Nafea believes in the importance of diverse experience to bridge the gap between industry and academia. Her industry experience spans several multinational and regional companies including HSBC, British American Tobacco (BAT), and Logic Consulting. She has held teaching posts in Egypt, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Canada. She is a well-published author of several papers and multiple book chapters with IGI publications in the areas of organizational and national culture, company performance, entrepreneurship, and education and is the holder of several certifications including the Advanced Project Management Certificate and the Chartered Manager designation from the Canadian Institute of Management.

    Dr. Shabana Faizal

    Received her PhD from the Bharathiar University, India. She worked for six years in India and has been working in Bahrain for 4 years. Overall, she has 8 years of academic experience and 2 years of industry experience. Further, she has published articles in various high-impact journals and presented a good number of papers at conferences. Presently, she is an assistant professor in Business school and is the Research chair at the University of Technology Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Her current research interests include marketing, management, and digital business.

    Prof. Dorota Jelonek

    Is a full professor of Economics at the Faculty of Management of the Czestochowa University of Technology in Poland. Her scientific and research interests focus on solving problems related to the implementation of management information systems in enterprises and improving management information processes. She is the author of 6 books and the editor of 10. Additionally, she has authored or co>authored 250 articles in Polish and foreign journals and book chapters. She previously held the positions of Associate Dean for Science and Dean of the Faculty. Since 2019, Prof. Dorota Jelonek has been the President of the Scientific Society for Economic Informatics and is a member of many societies, including the Polish Association for Innovation Management and the Informing Science Institute.

    Dr. Narendra Kumar

    Is a Professor in the School of Applied Science, NIMS Institute of Engineering and Technology in Jaipur. He has worked more than 28 years as faculty member, Dean, Joint Director and Director in various engineering institutes and uni>versities. He is one of the founding members of Forum for interdisciplinary research in mathematical Science and Technology (FIRST), and a member of more than a dozen academic forums in India and abroad. He has published more than two dozen books in the domain of mathematics, statistics and computer science and engineering, and more than 70 research papers in national/international journals. His key areas of research work are Mathematical modeling, Theory of relativity, Data science, Image processing and network security.

    Dr. Jayendira P. Sankar

    Received his PhD from the University of Madras, India. He worked for ten years in India and working in Bahrain for six years. Overall, he has 16 years of academic experience with senior fellow HEA-UK and academic fellow CIPD-UK. Further, he published several articles in various high-impact journals and presented a good number of papers at conferences. Presently, he is the assistant pro>fessor of MBA and head of the digital business research center at the University of Technology Bahrain in the Kingdom of Bahrain. His current research interests include development economics, human resource management, and teaching-learning.

    Dr. Ilona Paweloszek

    Has a Doctor of Economics in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences, a graduate of the Faculty of Management of the Czestochowa University of Technology, specializing in “development management and consulting.” She also completed pedagogical studies in training teachers of technical subjects. She has been a researcher and didactic employee at the Faculty of Management of the CUT since 1999, currently as an assistant professor at the Department of Manage>ment Information Systems. From 2002–2006, she researched mobile technologies in knowledge management, the usability of mobile solutions, and their integration with enterprise information systems. Her scientific and research interests focus on using semantic web technology, big data, and data mining to support managerial decisions. She is the author of several dozen publications, including three original monographs. She is a member of the Scientific Association of Business Informatics and the Polish Association for Production Management.
