Biography

Saurabh Tiwari, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Jindal School of Banking & Finance (JSBF) at O.P. Jindal Global University (Institution of Eminence, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India). As an ardent student of management, Dr. Saurabh Tiwari possesses approximately 18 years of multifaceted experience in the fields of higher education teaching, research, and administration, encompassing a tenure of three years within the corporate sector. He has co-authored several research articles, book chapters, and conference papers, all indexed in the WoS/SCOPUS, ESCI, and ABDC databases. Throughout his professional journey, he has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving growth in various capacities. He has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of professionals, sharing his expertise and insights with students and professionals alike.

Richa Goel, PhD, is Associate Professor of Economics and International Business, Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune, India. She has more than 21 years of experience in academics and consistently strives to create a challenging and engaging learning environment where students become life-long scholars and learners. Imparting lectures using different teaching strategies, she is an avid teacher, researcher, and mentor. She has to her credit a number of books and research papers published in reputed national and international journals and has participated at many professional conferences as well. She is serving as a member of review committees for conferences and journals and acts as associate editor of the Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment. Dr. Goel is a gold medalist in her Master of Economics with dual specialization at the master level with an MBA in HR and with dual specialization at graduate level with gold medal in Economics along with a Bachelor of Law. She also holds a PhD in Management and has about six years of working in the area of diversity management.
