Lory Mitchell Wingate has an MBA in Information Technology Management, and is an INCOSE certified Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), and Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is author of the book “Project Management for Research and Development”, Auerbach Publications, 2014. She has achieved notable success in applying systems engineering within projects that range from the simple to the highly complex within diverse fields such as policy research, aerospace engineering, production and support, and scientific research.
