Biography
Gavin Flood FBA is the Academic Director of the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies, Senior Research Fellow at Campion Hall, and Professor of Hindu Studies and Comparative Religion at the University of Oxford. His main research interests are in tantric and Śaiva traditions, comparative religion, and philosophical phenomenology.
Bjarne Wernicke-Olesen is Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies and Lecturer in the History of Religions and Indic Languages at the Faculty of Theology and Religion, University of Oxford. His main research interests are in Śākta and tantric traditions, Hindu Studies, and the theory and method in the study of religion.
