Biography

Robin Ramcharan is Lecturer in International Relations, Mahidol University International College, Thailand. He is co-founder of Asia Centre, a research institute in Bangkok. He also lectures on Asian regional governance and security to policy makers at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
