Biography

Radosław Miśkiewicz is a globally recognized researcher and professor at the University of Szczecin, Poland. His academic focus centers on the digitalization of industrial processes, sustainable resource management, and the integration of innovative technologies into industry and environmental protection. He is also a business leader and innovator with over 25 years of executive experience. Radoslaw is the President of the Management Board at Luma Holding and is the founder of the Luma Metallurgical Industry Fund that supports the growth of enterprises across metallurgy, foundry, energy, and extractive industries. His flagship initiative showcasing his commitment to innovation is the Smart Metallurgy Project, which leverages advanced AI and big data solutions to optimize metallurgical production processes. Radoslaw has also established Africa’s premier tin smelter (LuNa Smelter) in Kigali, Rwanda—the continent’s first facility to meet rigorous international traceability and compliance protocols.
