Biography

David Caldwell is a Lecturer in English Language and Literacy in the School of Education at The University of South Australia.

John Walsh is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Elaine W. Vine is a Honorary Research Associate in the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies  at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

Jon Jureidini is a child psychiatrist at the Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide, Australia.
