Philip Cooke is Director and Research Professor in Regional Development at the Centre for Advanced Studies, Cardiff University, UK.

Glen Searle is Associate Professor in the School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Management at the University of Queensland, Australia.

Kevin O’Connor is Faculty Fellow in the School of Geography and Environmental Science at Monash University, Australia.
