Judith Clifton is Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Cantabria, Spain.
Pierre Lanthier is Professor of Economic History at the University of Québec à Trois-Rivières, Canada.
Harm Schröter is Professor of Economic History at the University of Bergen, Norway.
