Biography
Veena Hingarh is a chartered accountant from the UK (ICAEW) as well as India (ICAI). She is an ACMA (CIMA, UK) and CGMA (AICPA-CIMA, USA). In addition, she is a qualified company secretary (ICSI, India) and CISA (USA). She serves on the board of listed companies with family business roots and has firsthand experience of running a family business in India. She has served organizations like World Bank, Informa, Fitch, and Moody’s as consultant.
Suman Barman Roy is a Chartered Accountant from India with over 35 years of experience in a family business that grew from one storefront to a national brand, providing leadership across various roles, including President, CEO, and as a strategic advisor to the board. He has worked with globally reputed accounting firms before joining the family business.
Arif Ahmed is a chartered accountant from the UK (ICAEW) as well as India (ICAI). He is also an ACMA (CIMA, UK) and CGMA (AICPA-CIMA, USA). In addition, he holds an MBA and a doctorate in finance. He has worked with the large institutions like World Bank, Informa, Fitch, and Moody’s as consultant. He has authored pioneering work in risk management titled “Quantum Finance” published by Routledge.
